The house is in need of some repair. The foundation on the Nortwest side, under the water heater is slipping.
Two jacks have been placed under the floor boards to keep the house standing for now.

That being said, some serious repairs will need to be completed before erosion takes its course again.
Most likely there will need to be a foundation pored on that side of the house.
The roof is in disrepair. For roughly 5 years, there was a large hole in the roof on the South East side above the upstairs bedroom.
Water leaked into the house for those 5 years that the home was abandoned. The hole has since been repaired, but there may be structural damage under where the hole was.
The porch completely fell off the house, due to the foundation slipping. It has been jacked up, and new footers have been put in, but there is some damage to the front of the home where the porch came detached.
There is some old nob and tube wiring in the upstairs bedrooms, mostly in the room on the SouthEast side, where the hole in the roof was.
Some of the wiring has been changed, but several wiring runs are the old knob and tube and should be changed out to prevent a potential electrical failure or potentially a fire.
There is some HVAC repair needed, just old HVAC that has rusted and come apart, its a pretty easy fix.
Some of the flooring still needs to be installed, some of the materials are available.
There is some used furniture that comes with the house, but it does smell a bit like pets.
The stove has a range the works somewhat, but the oven has an electrical short in it.
The basement is pretty solid, where the cement is. But the woodend floorboards are starting to rot on the Northwest side, where the house slipped off the foundation.
